You can send data to any Roto Smeets location that you wish via this website.
The data will then be directed to the right location and placed in the correct folder by our WorkWizz application.
We prefer this method of submitting data and in most cases it will also be the handiest for you.
As well as this, WorkWizz allows us to offer you, and others where this is useful, the chance to see the progress of the files you have submitted by using the web.
In order to submit files online you must have a log-in code and password. These can be obtained from your Roto Smeets contact.
Your internet connection must also satisfy certain requirements.
WorkWizz uses the http internet protocol. This means that port 80 must be open. FTP traffic must be possible via port 21 in order to be able to up and download.
The internet access at the work station must also have sufficient speed.
NB: there is a difference between the upload and download speed of an internet connection. This depends on your internet provider. The upload speed is usually lower and must preferably be at least 512 kbs. Naturally, the faster the connection the faster you can up and download.
